Stains on sheets and towels are noticeable and give a less pristine appearance than expected. Bathroom fixtures show signs of age, lacking modern updates.

My stay at Hotel & Suites Oasis was exceptional, with a warm welcome from the owner Steven, who made me feel at home. The suites are well-equipped, including a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable seating, with a lovely balcony to enjoy the surroundings. The location is perfect, just a couple of blocks away from the central park and lagoon, making it convenient for exploring Bacalar. Additionally, the clean and spacious room provided a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for unwinding after a day of work.
